I run a weekly Qi Gong class where you can learn this ancient, traditional Chinese form of exercise that strengthens your body, helps get you more flexible and calms the mind,
Mixed age and ability class.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and soft shoes/trainers.
Beginners are welcome.
